K.V.Suresh

K. V. Suresh is an experienced man in producing mirror images of the ancient sculptures and Vedic situations.

His parents are Musalaiah Swamy and Venkata Narasamma. He was born in Narasapuram town of West Godavari district. Right from the days of schooling he was not interested in other subjects but for drawing. He could hardly continue his academics beyond the 5th standard.

Since then, he wandered throughout the state to know the depths of the art. According to Suresh, in the world of art M. S. Khetha is his mentor and guide.

The 37-year young artist during the past 20 years worked with popular magazines like Vanitha, Bommarillu, Vijaya, Andhra Prabha, Swathy and has 150 movie wall posters to his credit. Suresh can produce excellent sharp works in paintings, portraits, landscape paintings and illustrations. He equally performs in sculptures.

He first sketches his ideas on the paper promptly and then develops that into a final product. His work have a tint of Ravi Verma, Bapu, Michael Angelo and Vaddadi Papaiah, as they are his role models.

His ambition is to take up sculpture and painting in temples and carve beauty out of rock. As a commercial artist he paints according to the wishes and fancies of customers. Godavari Arts Association felicitated Suresh for his expertise in painting and sculpture.

Though he is not qualified academically, he is interested in setting up a full-fledged arts training organisation for training the young talent. Of course, he is doing this on a part time basis for those who are interested.
