Early lunch break

"Why are you so late"? Demanded the boss.

"I came on time, Sir" the clerk answered coolly.

"Our office starts at 10 a.m. you came at 10:30 a.m. Are you not late by 30 minutes?" questioned the angry boss.

"Oh, you mean those 30 minutes, Sir? I have utilised the lunch break in the morning itself, Sir. Ha.Ha.Ha" the clerk was unusually hilarious, when he explained it away.
