Over and above

Parandhamayya has been searching for worthy bridegroom for his daughter. He came across a young man, who is working in the Commercial Tax Office.

"My son earns four thousand rupees every month as salary. But over and above, that he gets another four thousand rupees, every month". Informed his mother.

The second young man who came across has been working in the armed forces.

"My son earns five thousand rupees a month", his father said to Parandhamayya.

"What more would he get, over and above his salary?" enquired Parandhamayya.

"Over and above!" exclaimed the father of the Potential bridegroom "He may get bombs from above".
