Whose marriage is that anyway?

During the wedding lunch one gentleman was requesting for more servings than usual. An elder gentleman notices this and asks him, "Are you from the bride side or groom side?"

"Think that I am from bride side" says the guest.

"I am a relative of the brides but, I have never seen you before", says the elder man.

"Think that I am from the grooms side. Without telling me whose marriage it is if you ask me how can I tell you from whose side I am?" the guest gets annoyed at the elder gentleman.
