Good doctor!

Subba Rao, new to the neighbuorhood, asked his neighbour "I need to see a doctor, can you suggest a good one?"

"Dr. M. Dharmaraju in the next street is the best one around. You may check him out. He is rarely available, though." said the neghbour.

"What is the use if he is never available?" Subbarao was puzzled.

"That's the fun! You can remain healthy only if you don't meet with him or he will spoil your health with his weird treatment!" nudged the neighbour.
