Having been a victim of indecision, a patient approaches a psychiatrist. After interrogating the patient for twenty long minutes, the doctor asks him

"So you are always in dilemma and cannot take prompt decisions. Am I correct?"

"Well may be you're right....No I think....See actually I am not sure," replies the confused patient.
