Doctor: "Keep your hands straight and stretch them forward,... yes, very good,... Just see how they are shaking! You must be a heavy drinker. You are suffering from severe nervous weakness."

Patient: "What? Heavy drinking? Whenever I hold the glass, half the drink spills down because of the shaking, so I am only half a drinker not a heavy drinker."
