Preparation

  • Ingredients list from green chillies upto turmeric prepare into a masala paste in a mixie.

Cooking Procedure

  • Heat oil, add chopped onions, roast well.
  • Add chicken pieces, fry for 2 minutes
  • Add ground masala paste.
  • Fry for two minutes.
  • Add required quantity of water and salt.
  • Allow to cook until chicken pieces are soft (Approximately 10 to 15 minutes).

Serving Ideas

  • Goes well with rice and also with any of the roti varieties.
