Ingredients

Spring chicken cut into pieces at joints with bones

Preparation

  1. Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.

Cooking Procedure

  1. Slice onions finely and fry in oil till light brown. Spread out on a plate to cool. After cool crush it.
  2. Dry roast, Khush khush, cheronji and almonds and grind to a fine paste.
  3. Soak saffron in 2 tablespoon of water.
  4. Mix all the ingredients to the marinated chicken. Arrange in a flat pan.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven 180 degree centigrade for 45 minutes and serve

Serving ideas

Serve as a snack or serve with Nan, Rotis or Rice.
