Cooking Procedure

  • Add Groundnut seeds, chillies, tamarind, salt and garlic together into a mixie and grind into a coarse powder and keep in air tight jar.

Serving Ideas

  • Sprinkle chopped onion and cilantro leaves before serving.
  • Add water (at time of serving) to convert into chutney.
