- Allow water to boil, add Saffron colour.
- Add Chiroti Rawa - let cook till soft.
- Add sugar - let cook till it becomes semi solid.
- Add Ghee - let cook.
- Add Cardamom powder.
- Add Cashew nuts, Raisins and Pineapple.
- Ready to serve.
Variations
- Instead of Pineapple, a ripe Banana, sliced, may be added.
