Cooking Procedure

  • Add Mustard, Cloves, Curry leaves, Cinnamon, Ginger and green Chillies braise well.
  • Add onions - fry well.
  • Add water to above, let boil.
  • Add salt. Add all other vegetable items, bring to boil.
  • While boiling, add Rawa gradually, mixing well.
  • Once Rawa is cooked, remove from stove, keep covered for 5 minutes.
  • Ready to serve.

Serving Ideas

  • Coconut chutney can be served as an accompaniment.
