| Cooking Procedure
- Add Mustard, Cloves, Curry leaves, Cinnamon, Ginger and green Chillies braise well.
- Add onions - fry well.
- Add water to above, let boil.
- Add salt. Add all other vegetable items, bring to boil.
- While boiling, add Rawa gradually, mixing well.
- Once Rawa is cooked, remove from stove, keep covered for 5 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
Serving Ideas
- Coconut chutney can be served as an accompaniment.
