Ingredients

Spring chicken cut into pieces with bones

Cooking Procedure

  1. Slice finely onions, Ginger, garlic.
  2. Chop dry red chillies and Cilantro, mint and green chillies.
  3. In a baking pan put the chicken pieces mix to it all the ingredients.
  4. Cover the pan and bake in a moderate oven 180 degree centigrade for 45 minutes.

Serving ideas

Serve with Nan or Roti.
