- Slice finely onions, Ginger, garlic.
- Chop dry red chillies and Cilantro, mint and green chillies.
- In a baking pan put the chicken pieces mix to it all the ingredients.
- Cover the pan and bake in a moderate oven 180 degree centigrade for 45 minutes.
Serving ideas
Serve with Nan or Roti.
