Preparation

  • Grind Garlic, Onion, Ginger, Cilantro, Coconut, Tomatoes and Turmeric Powder into paste and keep aside.

Cooking Procedure

  • Heat oil and golden fry the chopped onions.
  • Add lamb meat pieces, fry for about 2 minutes.
  • Add Coriander powder, dry chilly powder, fry for 1 minute.
  • Add ground paste masala.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Add sufficient water and allow to cook till meat is tender.

Serving Ideas

  • Goes well with Rice preparation or any of the Roti varieties.

Variations

  • By adding 1 cup of creamy curds finally gives a totally different khorma finish to the preparation.
  • Roasted Cashew nuts may be added for enrichment.
