Preparation

  • Put all ingredients through a mincer and mix well.
  • Roll the paste into (kheema) balls, roughly 25 grams each.

Cooking Procedure

  • Prepare same as Lamb curry gravy recipe, only by adding kheema balls instead of lamb meat.

Serving Ideas

  • Goes well with rice.

Variations

  • Little fresh cream may be added for a finish.
