Oil | Preparation
- Mix all ingredients together, adding required water cautiously, to prepare a tight / thick dough.
- Divide into 30 grams each balls.
- Shape them flat and rounded, maintaining 3mm thickness evenly on hand or over a plastic paper.
Cooking Procedure
- Deep fry to golden brown colour.
Serving Ideas
- Tastes good by itself. Coconut chutney can be a good accompaniment.
