Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients together, adding required water cautiously, to prepare a tight / thick dough.
  • Divide into 30 grams each balls.
  • Shape them flat and rounded, maintaining 3mm thickness evenly on hand or over a plastic paper.

Cooking Procedure

  • Deep fry to golden brown colour.

Serving Ideas

  • Tastes good by itself. Coconut chutney can be a good accompaniment.
