Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients together, adding sour Buttermilk to a medium, thick dough.
  • Make into roughly 15 grams each round balls.

Cooking Procedure

  • Deep fry to golden brown colour.

Serving Ideas

  • Tastes well by itself. Coconut chutney is an excellent accompaniment.
