How to Get a Student Bus Pass

Get the application from the bus pass counter by paying Rs.10/- in cash. This application consists a ID card and a Bonafide certificate. Submit both ID Card and Bonafide certificate in concerned bus pass counter by paying Rs.65/- in cash. Applications for the fresh bus pass are accepted only on 26, 27, 28, 29th of each month.

Pass is issued in the first week of the coming month, but it will be valid from 12 or 13 of the coming month.

Required Documentation

Filled-in ID Card and the Bonafide certificate. Two photographs. One should be affixed on the ID Card and another on the Bonafide certificate. These photographs should be duly signed across and stamped by the principal of the school/ college along with the round seal of the concerned authority.

Bus Pass Renewal

Bus pass can be renewed in the last four days of the bus pass expire date, i.e., 12, 13, 14 and 15^th of every month. If you have missed those days, then you need to pay the penalty. After the expiry date and before 15 the Student Concession ticket can be renewed by paying penalty.

Rules & Conditions

Student bus pass cannot be transferred as the serial number of the ticket is written on ID Card.
